We process your data strictly to deliver and improve Zira's core services:

• Automating escalating email and WhatsApp payment follow-up sequences on behalf of your Finance Team persona.
• Parsing inbound client responses using natural language models to auto-pause sequences when an invoice is paid or disputed.
• Providing real-time dashboard analytics (e.g., Days Sales Outstanding, collected amounts, active chases).
• Processing subscription payments and managing customer support inquiries.

We enforce industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards:

• Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
