1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or accessing Zira (heyzira.com / app.heyzira.com), provided by ViswaVardhanVyapara (OPC) Private Limited ("Zira", "Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Zira provides an automated Accounts Receivable teammate designed for freelancers, agencies, and dev shops. Features include automated invoice synchronization via billing APIs, custom email and WhatsApp escalation sequences, and AI-driven inbound response parsing to pause follow-ups upon payment or dispute detection.

3. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• 14-Day Free Trial: New accounts receive full Studio-tier feature access for 14 days without requiring a credit card.
• Paid Plans: After the trial period, continued service requires subscribing to a paid plan (Solo at ₹999/mo or ₹9,990/yr; Studio at ₹2,999/mo or ₹29,990/yr, plus applicable GST).
• Billing & Cancellations: Subscriptions bill in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree to use Zira solely for legitimate business invoice collection. You explicitly agree not to:

• Use the automated chase service to send spam, fraudulent claims, or abusive messages.
• Connect unauthorized billing accounts or impersonate entities you do not represent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass platform rate limits and safety valve checks.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zira facilitates communication between you and your clients regarding Accounts Receivable. While our AI intent handler strives for high accuracy in pausing sequences, Zira is an automated assistant tool. Users remain responsible for overriding or pausing sequences manually when necessary. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zira shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from client communications.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
